Career Highlights:

Ryan Rapaport's sports career began in competitive martial arts at age 4, and was a silver medalist in the 1997 TaeKwonDo Junior Olympics. He attended Hobart and William Smith Colleges in Geneva, NY and while playing football was a 3x All-Academic selection and 4-year varsity player as a defensive tackle before his senior season was cut short due to head injuries.

As a founding member of Digital Venture Partners, his team collaborates with leading cannabis companies through cannabis brand and content development.

Ryan has spent the last seven years as a leader in SaaS business development and enterprise sales strategy, with a focus on people and retail technology with companies like PeopleMatter (Acquired by Snag) and Vangst. Ryan serves as an advisor to Lobo Cannagars, Best in Grow, and the Better Business Bureau. Ryan is engaged in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives through cannabis advocacy with the National Cannabis Industry Association.
